Awesome

We liked the modern design of the place. Our room had really food view of the beach and the sunset everyday. The area is really quiet and good for a quiet trip. The beach is really nice with nice fine sand.

The beach is nice but just not good for swimming or even walking in the water. There are too many rocks and sharp corals in the water that makes walking in the water painful.

A dream come true, perfect hotel on perfect location

A dream come true! Such a beautifully designed hotel on such a perfect spot. Panwa beach is amazing, very beautiful, clean and quiet, far away from the busy party scene. This is in a bay so not so much waves which was perfect for enjoying the pristine water with our toddler. The staff is (like most Thai) extremely polite, helpful and friendly and especially great with our young boy. The hotel is just perfect with lots of different types of rooms/studio´s. We opted for the sea view studio which was perfect for us, spacious with great views on the water and on green and lush Ko Lon island. Orientation is to the West so not too much direct sunshine in the morning/early afternoon but great sunsets. Room was clean and spacious with double aircon which means during the night you can let the aircon on but it doesn´t blow directly onto the -very comfortable and big queen size- bed. The breakfast, restaurant and also room service where very delicious and with lots of variation/choice. Room service especially very quick which I appreciate a lot. If you are looking for alternative to eat don´t look far as next door to the hotel is ´The Beach Bar´, not so fancy but great nonetheless with delicious Thai food and again very happy and friendly staff. Special thanks to Boon at the pool area who was great with our son and also to Snook at reception, such a sweatheart. All other staff including cleaning crew very nice and friendly as well. We are already looking to plan our next trip to My Beach Resort.

Nothing major and also not the fault of the hotel, in fact at the towel handout it is written literally that there is a no sunbed claim policy. This means guests are not supposed to put their towels/belongings on sunbeds to claim them and items left will be taken away and stored at the pool restaurant reception if left unattended for more than 30 minutes. Still people have this annoying and asocial habit of claiming spots while not using them. If you want to sit somewhere and notice this just be brave and take those belongings left unattended and give them to reception and take that sunbed/seat if you are using it! Should the person that claimed the spot come to you surprised that you are sitting there just point out the hotel policy to them. Just a minor dent but again nothing very crucial and most guests at the hotel are polite and decent people.

Very much recommended place for relaxing holidays in the middle of nowhere.

Great food and restaurant options. Room service offering same choices as the restaurant itself. Well equipped beach bar. Rooms cleaned daily. Very nice staff.

There is a construction ongoing nearby but some limited noise outside is not the hotel's fault.

Definitely returning!!

Better than the pictures suggest. We had a room with a private pool and it was incredible. The hotel is right on the beach and both pool are great. We don't normally go to a place more than once but will definitely return!!

Excellent hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful and actually went above and beyond to make the stay special and unforgettable. The size of the room is very large, bed and furniture very comfortable, the whole hotel is super clean. Moreover, the views are amazing!! Food and drinks at the restaurant and pool bar are also pretty good and not too expensive. Overall an excellent 5 star hotel

Definitely recommended!

Isolated, quiet, and very peaceful hotel. By far, one of the best beachfronts you’ll find in Phuket. The room is spacious, and the staff are very cooperative, accommodating and helpful. Food at the restaurant is AMAZING, and surprisingly not over priced like big hotels. Nothing beats the sunset view from this hotel. Good massage service. Overall, great experience in this hotel and definitely recommended!

1- internet is very slow. Specially during night time when people are already in their rooms. It could get on your nerves specially if you stream movies or such. 2- long walking distance to get to the nearest mini mart. 3- my s/o had a bad massage experience as his lower back gotten worst after the massage he got here. Sadly this affected the rest of our trip.

Very Good

If you look for a cozy place away from the city - this hotel is what you need. It is relatively small, cozy and quite. Yet, the city is around 20 min drive, so we just rented a car for the whole period of our stay and explored the surrounding, including the city and it’s restaurants. The hotel’s staff is probably one of its main assets :) they are professional, friendly and very helpful. They greet you with a smile every morning and make you feel welcome. And are ready to assist you if you have any questions or problems. The hotel has two pools, direct access to the beach and a restaurant down at the pool. You can enjoy breakfast with a sea view, and then just jump into the pool if you wish)) they also serve food and drinks all day along, so you don’t need to go to a restaurant for lunch but just get it to your sun bed if you wish :) if you travel with very active kids though, you might want to look at some places with a bigger infrastructure for children, as the hotel doesn’t have pool rollercoasters or play yard or similar (well they also don’t promise that to be fair). However our 4-year old kid still enjoyed herself spending most of the time in the pool, and there were few other kids she could play with. I must say we were a bit disappointed with food though (dinner). Maybe we expected too much after reading reviews, but some of the dishes like salads were not good. Other dishes were fine, so I guess it depends... breakfast was great however, with quite a good choice of dishes from both European and Asian cuisine. All in all, we did enjoy our stay at My Beach Resort, and we appreciate all the hospitality we experienced both in the hotel and in the country in general. We are looking forward to our next trip to Thailand!

Perfect hotel if you want to stay by the beach! We loved it and would come back!

We loved the newly built cafe that served a variety of delicious cakes and coffee. Nice and cool if you wanted to sit down to cool off inside & great views over the beach if you want to sit on the balcony. We also loved the decor of the hotel, views, the beach which was beautiful and clean as well as the very attentive staff that really made our stay very enjoyable. Food was mostly really nice.

Food was really great on our first night here, so much I decided to order the same meal the second night - creamy truffle pasta. Sadly the second night it wasn't anywhere near as nice & tasted like a completely different dish. The steak this night was also not nice which was disappointing as it was an expensive dish. Maybe it was just an off night as all other meals were fantastic.

Excellent property, nice service, very clean, very good breakfast and coffee.

Not suitable for people who don't like long travel from airport or can't do lots of steps. staffs are nice and young, would be nice to be more interactive.
